Hatha yoga is traditional yoga combining physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation. It's the foundation of most modern yoga, building strength and flexibility at your own pace. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Learn proper foundations with clear instruction and modifications
A gentle way to rebuild strength, flexibility, and confidence
Each class includes breathing and relaxation to calm the nervous system
Equal focus on body, breath, and mind
We begin by settling in, leaving the day behind, and connecting with the breath.
Building strength, balance, and grounding. Variations for every level.
Seated stretches, twists for the spine, and gentle inversions. This is where deep release happens.
Every class ends with proper rest — time for the body and mind to integrate the practice.
If you live in Radstock and you're looking for Hatha yoga, Frome is practically on your doorstep. The A362 makes it an easy 15-minute drive, and many of my students say the journey becomes part of the wind-down.
My classes are kept small (6-8 people) so there's space for individual guidance. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for years, you'll find a supportive environment.
If you prefer something slower, I also offer Yin yoga for Radstock residents, or private sessions for one-to-one attention.
All classes are at my studio in Frome, just 15 minutes from Radstock via the A362. Many Radstock residents make this journey weekly.
