What is Hatha yoga?

Hatha is traditional yoga combining postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and relaxation. It builds strength and flexibility while calming the mind.

Is Hatha yoga suitable for beginners?

Yes. I offer modifications for every pose, so you can work at your own level. Many of my students started as complete beginners.

What should I bring?

Just comfortable clothing you can move in. Mats and all props are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own mat.

How is this different from online yoga?

In-person classes mean I can see how you're moving and offer corrections. Small groups (6-8 people) mean you get individual attention that videos can't provide.
