What to expect in a Hatha class

We begin by settling in, bringing awareness to breath and leaving the outside world behind.

Classes are small (6-8 people) so I can offer individual guidance. Beginners are welcome, and every pose has modifications.

For something slower, try Yin yoga. For individual attention, private sessions are available.
